What we collect

• The date and time of your entry.

What else the system records

To stop automated abuse, the service keeps a one-way hash of the network address an entry came from. The address itself is never written to storage or to logs, and the hash cannot be turned back into an address.

How it is stored

Your name and email address are encrypted before they are written to the database. A separate keyed hash of your email address is stored so that duplicate entries can be spotted without having to read the address.

How long we keep it

Entries are deleted 90 days after the promotion closes, unless we need to keep a winner’s details longer to fulfil a prize.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact the promoter using the details in the Terms & Conditions.
